About Us
ACROS is a facility dedicated to youth sports and fitness. We offer competitive and recreational gymnastics, plus tumbling classes for boys and girls starting at 12 months of age Monday through Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. In addition, we offer a daytime, Tumble Strong, program geared towards Pre-School and Homeschool age kids.

ACROS Gymnastics has been helping boys and girls in the tri-state area to reach their gymnastics goals since 1989.
We provide a top notch coaching staff and professional men's and women's gymnastics equipment.
We provide the best environment for your child to excel in the sport of gymnastics and tumbling.

Competitive Team
ACROS Gymnastics is home to high quality, year-round Competitive Gymnastics.
We train and condition all year-round, but compete December through April.
Tumble Strong
We offer many different class options, with morning or afternoon time slots available.
Whether you have an individual student or a home school group, we can accommodate your needs. ACROS offers fun and engaging exercise programs for children of all ages and grade levels.
